Dr. Ing. Marco Lisi is GNSS Services Engineering Manager at the European Space Agency, and a former advisor on GNSS policy to the European Commission. He is responsible for the engineering and exploitation of services based on the European navigation infrastructures, Galileo and EGNOS.
